  • We currently ship Free to Abuja Only. Shipping to other cities will attract a reasonable shipping fee based on location. See below:

Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?

  • Shipping and delivery to other cities except Abuja will incure additional costs. Please contact our customer care or call us on 0817-346-6762 or 0817-346-6768.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • Currently all products are on pre-order. The estimated delivery time is 7 - 21 working days starting from the day of order confirmation excluding shipping time. The day of shipping will always be communicated to you. Please note that we will NOT be able to ship pre-orders earlier than the indicated time.
  • While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. We will regularly update you on your shipment.

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

  • Confirm it is really the chosen product on the site. 
  • Once you receive your order, remove the product from the packaging and check all external surfaces across the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs.
  • Currently we make sure that the internal areas of storage products are well finished; however the extent of polish of internal areas may not match with the extent of polish on external areas.
  • For our Hard Wood products: wood has natural qualities such as differing grain patterns; differing grain patterns and stain differences are generally acceptable on hard wood products.
  • Once the product is delivered and our delivery team leaves your location, we will be able to only honour manufacturing defects and other fair usage breakages as described by the warranty policy.

What if I have received a damaged product?

What if I do not like the product or cannot take delivery of my order? Can I cancel the order?

  • We at Skarabrand, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer exchanges and refunds for order cancellations. (Unless the product was damaged on arrival and we are unable to replace the item) 
  • Currently, we offer sofas against a particular order that you have placed, and hence ask you to prepay 30% of the cost; we cannot offer exchanges or cancellations of any kind on sofas.
  • Once we have delivered the product and left the customer's premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests (other than as covered by the 1-year service warranty). We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery. Our delivery staff will assist the customers with any questions they have.

Stress-Free Refunds

Whatever product you buy from Skarabrand, we guarantee that you will like it and that it will be as it is on the website. If you receive a product that is not as it is, you can return it to us within seven days of delivery for a 100% refund. Simply contact us with a brief explanation, and we will arrange for it to be collected by our delivery team.

Stress-Free Returns

If you receive a damaged / defective Product or a Product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please get in touch with the customer service immediately.

In order to return any Products, the following conditions must be met:

  • Notify Skarabrand of receipt of a damaged/defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to you. If You are unable to do so within 48-hours, Skarabrand shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order*
  • Products should be unused
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit
  • The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by Skarabrand in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the Product.

* These conditions will not apply to Products where the defects could not, using reasonable diligence, have been discovered, at the time of delivery.

  • If a product returned is duly accepted by Skarabrand, the value of such product, as originally paid by you will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and Skarabrand or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide you with a cheque in this regard. Refunds will be subject to the following:
  • Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the then current circumstances as determined Skarabrand;
  • For Cash on Delivery payments, you will be provided with a refund cheque.
  • A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by the customer.
