  • We currently deliver Free to Abuja Only, but can deliver to other cities at additional cost.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • Currently, all products are on pre-order. The estimated delivery time is 7 - 21 working days starting from the day of order confirmation excluding shipping time. The day of shipping will always be communicated to you. Please note that we will NOT be able to ship pre-orders earlier than the indicated time.
  • While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. How do I pay for my order?

  • You can pay easily using your MasterCard, Visa, and Verve debit or credit card. Internet Banking and cheque payments options are also available.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

  • Once you pay for your order, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address that is associated with your Skarabrand account.
  • The email will contain details about your order such as the order number, the items you have paid for, and the current status of the order.

How do I check the status of my order?

  • Login to your account or click on "My Account" if already logged in, to open your Skarabrand account. Click on “History and details of my orders” to view information on your recent orders, including their statuses.

Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?

  • Yes. There are additional shipping costs for other cities exceot for the FCT, Abuja.

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

  • Confirm it is really the chosen product on the site.
  • Once you receive your order, check all external surfaces across the product for any breakages, cracks or chip-offs.
  • Currently, we make sure that the internal areas of storage products are well finished; however the extent of polish of internal areas may not match with the extent of polish on external areas.
  • For our Hard Wood products: wood has natural qualities such as differing grain patterns and stain differences. These properties are common and generally acceptable on hard wood products.
  • Once the product is delivered and our delivery team leaves your location, we will be able to only honour manufacturing defects and other fair usage breakages as described by the warranty policy.

  • Since our inventory changes every week, we do not offer a printed catalog at this time. All of our products can be found on our website with quality pictures, price and description. Everything you need to know is right at your fingertips.

Do you have a physical store?

  • is an e-commerce online store with a large warehouse distribution facility. We do not have a traditional brick and mortar store. Since our customers are unable to physically visit us, we make every attempt to make shopping on our website as close to reality as possible.
